Telework and Returning to the Workplace Survey Results Available

    On April 21, 2020, Colorado SHRM, in partnership with the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), launched a survey about when and how to effectively reopen Colorado workplaces. Over 350 respondents, many of whom are human resources vice presidents, directors or managers, completed the online questionnaire prior to its close date on April 29. Colorado SHRM appreciates the hundreds of you who added your voice to the survey results.

    Themes addressed within this survey include
    • Adoption of telework before and during the COVID-19 outbreak and expectations after stay-at-home restrictions are lifted;
    • The types of assistance employers need to plan and implement long-term telework programs;
    • Actions employers have taken to prepare for returning employees to the workplace; and
    • The types of assistance employers need to prepare to return their employees to the workplace.
