    Why advertise with the COSHRM Connection?

    The COSHRM Connection is sent the 3rd Thursday of each month. All advertising requests must be received and paid for by the 3rd Monday of each month. Please send finalized content to info@coshrm.org.

     

    Content Guidelines

    • Text and infographics are accepted and generally should be between 20 and 50 words. Images and graphical elements may be included if the author owns or has copyright permission for the photos or images.

    • Advertising segments may include up to three links to relevant content. No links to spam websites will be accepted.

    • Advertising segments must be submitted in draft form, and COSHRM reserves the right to edit for tone, grammar, and consistency. If edited, COSHRM will provide these editorial suggestions for review before the distribution is sent.

    Pricing

    • For-profit organizations: $250 for one advertising segment per month.

    • Public/Government Entities: $125 for one advertising segment per month.

    • Non-profit organizations: $125 for one advertising segment per month. Proof of non-profit status will be validated through a request to review the organization's IRS non-profit verification letter.

    • COSHRM Board Members (active): $100 for one advertising segment per month.

    • Undergraduate students: Students soliciting participation in research related to the field of human resources may post one free advertising segment per month. 

    • Graduate Students: Students working on an advanced degree and soliciting participation in research related to the field of human resources may post one free advertising segment per month if they are an active member of one of the state's six local chapters. Individuals who are not members of a local chapter will be charged $100 for one advertising segment per month.   

    • Colorado SHRM Local Chapters: No cost for one advertising segment per month (not to exceed 4/year)

    Direct Marketing

    • Organizations interested in sending a direct marketing message to the COSHRM distribution list may request a date by contacting info@coshrm.org. 

    • For-profit organization pricing is $500, and non-profit organization pricing is $250.    Proof of non-profit status will be validated through a request to review the organization's IRS non-profit verification letter.

    • Only one direct marketing message will be sent per month, so reserve your date early to ensure availability. 

    • Text and infographics are accepted and can include up to 150 words. Images and graphical elements may be included if the author owns or has copyright permission for the photos or images.

    The Fine Print

    • All submissions are placed at the discretion of the COSHRM Connection editor.  COSHRM, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertising requests.

    • All advertising is accepted and produced by COSHRM under the assumption that the advertiser and/or agency is properly authorized to publish the entire contents of the advertisement. It is understood that the advertiser and/or agency will indemnify any loss, expense or any other liability arising out of the publication of such advertisement.

    • COSHRM is a non-partisan organization and, therefore, will only accept advertisements that are informational in nature.

    • Postings will occur only once payment in full is received.
