Participation Reports

    While making "the list" is both exciting and beneficial to the ranked companies, the ModernThink Participation Report Package is where the real value lies. All participating companies will receive their survey results which help identify strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities that exist to build a better workplace.

    This comprehensive five-part report provides a detailed view of your employees’ responses to the sixty-five (65) survey statements and two open-ended questions.

    Part one is the Survey Findings Spreadsheet.  ModernThink’s Insight Survey contains 65 statements designed to measure the quality of your employees’ daily experience. You will receive a spreadsheet that summarizes your survey results overall and across each of the seven demographics: Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Duration of Employment, Status (full-time or part-time), Job Role and Department.

    Part two is the Benchmark Spreadsheet.  This benchmark report will represent the average responses for each of the sixty-five (65) statements for all the state's list winners as well as against the overall participation scores. Knowing where you stand relative to the "Best of the Best" will help you prioritize resources to maximize your return on investment.

    Part three is the Response Distribution Report. This expanded data compilation shows percentages for all possible response options (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Sometimes Agree/Sometimes Disagree, Agree, and Strongly Agree).

    Part four is the Employee Comments Report. This is a listing of the employee comments transcribed exactly as submitted by employees. The questions that employees are asked on the survey are the following:

    • What makes this a great organization where people want to work?
    • What would make this a better place to work?

    Part five is the Profile of Survey Respondents.  This report details your response rate as well as the demographic breakdown among your survey respondents.
