The U.S. Department of Labor issued the below guidance regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The Department is to issue regulations on the statute but has not done so yet. We will continue to monitor these and other developments regarding workplace legislation addressing the Coronavirus outbreak.
