Diversity Roundtable Discussions

Colorado SHRM, in conjunction with our Colorado local chapters, invites you to join human resource professionals around the state in round table discussions on how to build your workforce through diversity. As companies struggle more and more with labor shortages they are looking to human resources for solutions. Uncover ways to find diverse talent to bring to your workforce as well as ways to retain and leverage your diverse workforce once they join your team.  

Attendees will be placed in moderated, small-group breakout rooms to encourage engaged and relevant discussions on these timely topics. This is sure to be a valuable opportunity to connect with our peers to discuss the challenges we are all facing and find solutions we can implement in our workplaces.
