Workforce Roundtable Discussions

Colorado SHRM, in conjunction with our Colorado local chapters, invites you to participate in virtual Roundtable Discussions on August 25 from 11:00am-12:00pm to discuss today’s top recruiting issues such as:

1. Where are companies finding their talent pools?
2. What strategies/incentives are companies using to sell themselves to today’s job seekers?
3. What is working to combat the no-show challenges sweeping throughout the recruiting process?

Attendees will be placed in moderated, small-group breakout rooms to encourage engaged and relevant discussions on these timely topics. This is sure to be a valuable opportunity to connect with peers to discuss the best practices and challenges we are all facing in today’s labor market.
