Proposition 118: A Brave New World
On November 3, 2020, Colorado voters approved Proposition 118, the “Paid Medical and Family Leave Initiative,” which established a new paid family and medical leave law in Colorado. This is a complicated law and the most significant challenge faced by Colorado HR professionals in many years.
