2020 Colorado Legislative Update
Colorado SHRM's Legislative Director, Colin Walker, provided a high-level overview of Colorado's legislative session to date, and discussed timely HR-related changes such as the Colorado Department of Labor requiring paid leave during Coronavirus testing and potential liability for employer’s failure to take precautions regarding Coronavirus.
