The deadline to book hotel rooms within the COSHRM rooming block is August 27.
To make your lodging reservation,
you have a few options:

Call Keystone Group Reservations directly at 855-948-0696 should you not see the option you want on the above link. Please reference the group name 2024 Colorado SHRM State Conference and the group code BKRCOS24 when making your reservation to receive the discount. Note, you are not limited to book just what is on the link and more options may be available by phone than are being shown via the online booking link.
We have a block of rooms booked at the Keystone Lodge & Spa;
Studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condos blocked in the Conference Village;
and 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condos blocked in the Lakeside Condominiums.
All blocks are within walking distance of the Conference Center but none are attached to the Conference Center itself. Note there is a large, free, surface-level parking lot for conference attendees that serves the Conference Center for those who want or need that option.
